Boundary Surveys and Land Registry Plans

Boundary Surveys are undertaken by our surveyors using GPS and Total Stations to provide information that clearly defines boundary features. Precise boundaries often need to be established when land is merged or sub-divided, to help developers work out costings and design housing layouts, or just for when there is no physical boundary present.

The correct position of a boundary can also be set-out on site and the data gathered by us can be compared with existing land registry deeds or ordnance survey.

Land Registry compliant plans can be provided for first registration or transfer purposes.
